The system is responsible for the management and the security of vehicle fleets, aiming to the increase of productivity through the proper usage, the decrease of running costs regarding fuel and maintenance as well as the safety of the driver, the vehicle and the cargo.

The system does not require any investment in software and special equipment as it is based on web environment and web application. It is using as main communication protocol the GPRS that is a quite cheap method of communication and SMS as an alternative method.
